About Workforce Solutions
Since 2008, The Employment and Training Administration (ETA) has disseminated over 500 solutions
through the Workforce3One innovative solutions project developed under the Community-Based Job
Training Grants and High Growth Job Training Initiative. These materials offer real life solutions
to the challenges that workforce development professionals face every day. These solutions include
curriculum, competency models, research findings, career awareness and outreach materials, teacher
training modules, case studies, career lattices, Web sites, and more!
